This car is 1 of just 358 '70 Cutlass Indy 500 Pace Cars that have been produced.
It is motivated by its factory #s matching 350 310 horsepower Olds Rocket engine and auto transmission with his & hers shifter! Overall the car is in very nice shape.
Many of the components are original, some replaced and items like the body have been repainted.
I will go through each category below.
Many items on this car have been restored.
Exterior:
Very good condition.
The paint has been repainted and is in very nice shape.
There is what looks to be some light paint issues on the trunk lid.
Its hard to see unless you are 2' away.
Interior:
From all accounts and inspection points, it appears to be original and immaculate! Drive-Train & Mechanical:
The original engine has been removed and fully rebuilt professionally.
All new internals, water pump, carburetor rebuild down to new motor mounts.
Its fresh and runs great! The RARE His and Hers floor shift transmission shifts very nice and firm.
The heater core and heater valve have been replace so you can use the heat on those cool nights with the top down.
The power top and all of the windows work great!.
